Entrance Test for Parliament Members (Politicians)

Do you want to be a manager of any farm or any organization? Please come with a formal degree. If you are an MBA , you will get preference. If you want to be an IAS officer (So, called best administrative job in INDIA) then you required a sleepless effort followed by a three step entrance test. But, do you know the necessary qualification to get the most powerful posts in India?
Nothing , just a so called powerful and corrupted man with college eduaction and of lots money (may be from unauthorised source).

Every member of the perliament are selected by the votes of general people but when they take any decision then the dicision is not voted by public. He/she takes decisions on his/her own. They don't bother about general people.
I think every members of parlimanet needs some skill , a minimum intellectuality to serve this country; not only the power. Their intelligence is not justified, is not examined. A big question is always in my mind .... People those who possess the toppest powerful posts of our country, are they really suitable for those posts? Are they really with sufficient quality to run this country?
Is there any answer of this question?

Why without checking their intellect we are giving them a chance to possess the top posts??
I think , there should be a formal thorough procees to check the intellecuality of the members of parliament. They also have to appear some tests. Otherwise the future of India (Running by few intellectual and few Idiot persons) will be very bad!!!!
